4: Suspicious lymphoid infiltrate, probably

Lymphoid follicles surrouded by CCL cells that infiltrate
diffusely in lamina propria and into epithelium in small groups.
5: Low-grade B-cell MALT lymphoma:
Dense

of CCL cells in lamina propria; prominent LEL.
